ENTERPRISE IT CLOSEOUT

Finish the project knowing everything works, and knowing how to keep it that way.

The last stretch of a project is where good intentions often fade. The installer wants to demobilize, the schedule is tight, and the paperwork that will matter for the next ten years gets rushed.

Consolidated Voltage stays through the finish as your independent representative, so you don't accept a system until it has been proven against what you were promised.

What happens in this phase:

01 — Commissioning and Testing

We verify that each system performs as specified, from door and camera functions to network connectivity and AV operation, and we document the results rather than relying on the installer's word.

02 — Punchlist Management

We walk the site, record anything incomplete or incorrect, and track each item until it is resolved, so nothing gets quietly dropped at the finish line.

03 — Documentation and Handoff

We check that you receive complete, accurate records (as-built drawings, equipment lists, device labeling, configurations, and warranty information) and that your staff understand how the new systems work and who to call when they don't, so the knowledge doesn't leave with the installer.

04 — Final Contract Review

Before final payment and sign-off, we confirm the contractor has met every term of the agreement, including open change orders and warranty start dates.

The Outcome:

A finished system your team can trust, with the records and know-how to support it, and a clean close to the project with no loose ends.
